Leadership Challenge Continues Facilitator's Guide Set developed by James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner is a follow up program to the Leadership Challenge Workshop, Leadership Is Everyone's Business Workshop or the Leadership Practices Inventory.
As a next program in the Kouzes and Posner library of leadership workshops, The Challenge Continues encourages leaders to remain focused on what they learned during their original exposure to the Five Practices Model of Exemplary Leadership, while challenging them to continue implementing their new skills and behaviors over time.
The Challenge Continues Modules are intended for brief follow up refresher sessions that will move leaders beyond their foundational Leadership Challenge knowledge. Participants are asked to share and reflect on the small wins they have experienced since their Leadership Challenge journey began. Each module is meant for at least a 90 minute session ( one for each of the practices) along with delivery instructions and customizable presentation scripts.
The Challenge Continues Facilitator Guide Set includes: 3 ring binder with Facilitators Guide plus additional guide also on convenient to use Flash Drive with content, forms and presentation slides, sample copies of each of the five Participant Workbooks are also provided in the set. A bonus section at the end of the Facilitator's Guide explores ways in which facilitators can continue to extend their participants learning including overviews of other relative models, Covey's Seven Habits, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Ethics, Servant Leadership and more.
