Supervisor on the Scene Series features six individual modules covering skills important to the effectiveness of Supervisors: Communication- Conflict Resolution- Decision Making- Coaching- Meeting Skills and Training of Job Skills. Each module features a video plus facilitation Guide and Power Point with a video running time of between and 8 to 14 minutes. This series may be licensed for digital streaming and each module is available separately.

Each program in the Supervisor on the Scene follows two supervisors who encounter typical concerns and take the corresponding steps to address them. UIt describes step by step guidelines on a specific soft skill and shows how each can be aplied to help improve efficiency, raise morale and enhace productivity.
